Early morning drive from Addis Ababa to Harar (or flight to Dire Dawa and transfer to Harar). The road passes through beautiful landscapes and local towns.
After arrival, start walking tour inside the old walled city (Jugol). Visit traditional Harari houses, colorful markets, and historical mosques. Explore Arthur Rimbaud’s house museum and local cultural centers.
In the evening, experience the famous Hyena Man feeding wild hyenas outside the city wall — a unique Harar tradition.
Overnight in Harar.
